DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the 30B-S system for material or workmanship defect for 3 years from the date of sale. For disposal cuffs, tubing and battery pack purchases: DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the cuffs, tube units and battery packs for material or workmanship defects, not including normal depreciation of battery life or change capacity, for a period of six months from date of sale. Call 800-336-6569, option 1, option 3. Be prepared to give affected device serial numbers, reason for return and receipt/proof of purchase.

The policy is for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as when you first received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
